CSI Ceasing Support for MasterFormat ’95 on Dec. 31

"Success = Data and Information Management, therefore MasterFormat 2004 is our definition of communications management."
- Reggie S. Smith, Project Management Solutions

"Just do it. It's a modest amount of administrative work to convert. Industry members need to do this prior to implementation of full scale BIM applications."
- Phil Kabza, FCSI, CCS, AIA, of SpecGuy

CSI will cease to license and support MasterFormat 95 as of December 31, 2009. The CSI Board of Directors voted to stop licensing and supporting MasterFormat 95 during its June 16, 2009, meeting at the CSI Annual Convention in Indianapolis. Read a press release about the decision.

CSI is now working with MasterFormat’s sponsors to help the industry complete transition to MasterFormat 2004.
If you’ve converted to MasterFormat 2004, join the list of organizations that have adopted the standard by completing this form.
